Kyla De Graauw
Kyla is a registered psychologist in both the UK and Australia, offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, low mood, emotional overwhelm, and other mental health challenges. Based in Henley-on-Thames, Kyla provides a warm, non-judgemental space where clients feel fully accepted, heard, and supported.
With an integrative and person-centred approach, Kyla tailors therapy to each individual’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Sessions are collaborative and focused on helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and patterns, while developing practical tools to navigate life’s difficulties with greater confidence and self-compassion.
Kyla draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), alongside psychoeducation to help clients build insight and lasting emotional resilience. Tom Coates is a fully BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 12 years of clinical experience supporting individuals struggling with OCD, intrusive thoughts, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and low self-esteem. Based in Henley-on-Thames, Tom offers evidence-based CBT therapy both online and in person.
Tom has a specialist interest in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and unwanted intrusive thoughts, combining professional expertise with lived experience of OCD, anxiety, depression, and burnout. This allows him to provide therapy that is not only evidence-based and effective, but also deeply compassionate, validating, and grounded in genuine understanding. Tom is passionate about helping clients break free from cycles of fear, compulsions, reassurance-seeking, and self-doubt so they can reclaim their lives from OCD and anxiety.
Tom’s therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatment to each individual’s goals, values, and experiences. Psychoanalytic TherapistEllen Burridge is an experienced Couple Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, offering therapy for couples and individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, emotional distress, conflict, attachment challenges, anxiety, and patterns that may be impacting connection and wellbeing. Based in Henley-on-Thames, Ellen provides a thoughtful, compassionate, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients can explore difficulties in greater depth and work towards healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Ellen trained at the internationally respected Tavistock Relationships in both Couple Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Individual Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Ellen is also qualified in Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), an evidence-based approach that supports couples experiencing high levels of conflict, communication difficulties, emotional reactivity, and relational disconnection.
Ellen’s therapeutic approach focuses on helping individuals and couples better understand the unconscious patterns, emotional dynamics, and relational experiences that influence how they think, feel, and relate to others. Helen Pringle
Integrative Transpersonal PsychotherapistHelen is a fully qualified Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist offering compassionate, holistic therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, and a desire for deeper self-understanding and personal growth. Based in Henley-on-Thames, Helen provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences with openness, curiosity, and support.
Helen’s integrative therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic, existential, humanistic, and transpersonal psychotherapy, supporting clients in exploring meaning, purpose, emotional healing, and personal transformation. Helen works collaboratively with clients to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where deeper emotional patterns, beliefs, and experiences can be explored safely and thoughtfully.

Dr Katherine Hindley
Clinical PsychologistDr Katherine Hindley is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working in NHS mental health services and private practice, supporting children, adolescents, and families with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and relational difficulties. Based in Henley-on-Thames, Dr Hindley provides compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to the individual needs of each child and family.
Dr Hindley completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and Master’s degree in Family Therapy at the University of Exeter, following an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Sheffield. Dr Hindley’s clinical experience includes extensive work within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), supporting young people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, behavioural difficulties, low self-esteem, bullying, selective mutism, ADHD, Autism, eating-related concerns, and the complex needs of looked-after children.
Dr Hindley’s therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and family-centred, helping children and families better understand emotional and behavioural challenges while developing practical tools to improve wellbeing, resilience, and communication. Dr Hindley draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Family and Systemic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and EMDR.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr Hindley is also a lecturer at the University of Reading, where she teaches CBT to Child Wellbeing Practitioners (CWPs) and Educational Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs).
